270711 - After a longer time

Strategy Management polycopy and its book, 12 more books (course), 4 more polycopies, 3 notebooks, 2 novels - Well, these are among the bulkiest things around me nowadays. There are other things too around me - my lappy, cellphone, the irritating cooler sound, the hard discs, helmet, my pgp name tag and the cutest parrot pair gifted by a close friend. :)

It was long, infact longer, 1 yr, 2 mnths, 20 days to be precise when I wrote anything here. I'm not surprised. I did write a few things in my other blogs and in wordpress, but not as much as I had thought that I would when "My Diary" was initiated. Today I thought of writing this blog when my friend (the cute parrot pair) messaged me and told that I should write. A Novel. And no, she was not kidding..! Well, this was always there in some corner of my mind but I have never considered myself a good writer. That is the reason why I ain't so regular with my blogs. May be one fine day I will see a book with my story as a compilation from these odd blogs (inspired from "Ofcourse I love you"). Lets see.

Yeah, I am in the HeLL (IIML's nick name) for the last 13 months (I am tempted to add 8 days to it ;) ). The life has changed so much in these 403 days (can't help it :D ). Almost 10 months here in Lucknow, then 2 months in Bhopal before the start of this term marked the first half of the small journey. Overall, it was a mixed bag of experiences in a truly hectic life.

The first four months were so hectic and fast that I didn't even know when they passed by. First week admission, orientation, quizes, mid-terms, end-terms, projects, assignments, cases, CP, events, committee selections, CV preparation, and at last Summers. Didn't even know how those days simply came and went by. Things got a bit simpler after that, not because there were lesser things to do but because we had got adapted to the situation. Terms passed by, year changed, new courses came, friends changed, Index gone, Manfest concluded and the time just 'flew'.

I went to Bhopal for the internship for two months - the most relaxed days in past one year. Also went to Chambal and Gwalior on work related assignment during those chilaxing days. I must say I miss Chandrakant Hostel more than 907, primary reasons being cricket, movies, music, buddies out there, IPL4 and the dogs (yeah, 'kuka' in Telugu).

Just read my last blog posted here again. It was mentioned "To Be Continued' in the end. This was supposed to be its continuation but its not. I'll see if I can continue it in the next one.

17th November, a new guest came into our lives - a cute, naughty and sweet baby - Prince, and I became a proud Mama. Though I had to wait for 37 painful days to have a real glimpse of him, the wait was worth it. Babies seem to be the nicest creation of God (are you expecting "after girls"?:P). Just a look on them and you forget the world around you. The smiling Prince is enough to bring a smile on my face at any point of time.

Coming back here in the fourth term, everything was the same, except the mess which got poorer in terms of food quality. With 37 days remaining in this term and the Stex replacing the next one, it seems that MBA is almost complete, isn't it? No, it is not. Officially there are still 234 days left for the convocation. In this term itself almost the entire second half is remaining. Just to give a glimpse, tomorrow I have 4 lectures of 1.5 hrs each and a SM quiz (Now you know why I have Strategy Management book and polycopy in front of me).

Enough for today, I guess. Let me try to study for an hour before knocking the gates of the dream world. See you soon. :)
