After officework, yesterday we went to buy Chinu's ticket for going home next weekend. Then we went to Big Bazar. It was very late when we finally went to bed after having our dinner.

Today, is the first working day when we will be having self-cooked food all the three times. We had dhosa in our breakfast, cooked Rice and cabbage for lunch and will be definitely cooking something @ night.

In the evening cubicle discussions, we discussed about Vodafone postpaid connection, two types of worms according to Amitabh Bachchan in 'Hum' (We discovered a new term too [:)]) and a few less important stuffs.

He reached next day at venue.
The organizer requested him to speak.
He took out the piece of paper: and Started giving lecture.
Within half an hour; he started fumbling, sweating and so on. At last, he said; ladies and gentlemen: on this subject i know only this much.
The organizer came at the podium and thanked him:

Welcome back after a two days break. Hope this was the longest break!

On Saturday, I went for usual walk after the short rain in the evening. In the way, I saw a children playing cricket which reminded me of my cricket playing days. Those unforgettable sixes, fours, catches, wickets, run-outs and above all the feeling after those wins and defeats. They used to matter so much those days ! Whenever I remeber my cricket, I always remember a few golden moments. First, the 7-1 series win held in between Durga Puja and Diwali in 2001 in which I led the team with example and giving my best all round performance (Even now I miss Abhijeet). Second, the great six which I had hit in the bowling of Afsar, after being provocated when the next period's bell rang. It took us a couple of days to search that ball. Third, my well deserved century under pressure which helped my team to win the match that mattered. Fourth, the great catch of Rajeev Ranjan to give me a hattrick in 1999. Fifth, the one-ball duck when I was playing for my village (dewagram,Bokaro) and a lot has been expected of me. Though, I bowled well we lost the thrilling match by 1 wicket in the last ball (It was a dropped catch converted into 2 runs). Besides all these, I cant forget my hatricks - one in each in std 6th, 7th, 8th, 10th and 12th and two in 9th; my fieldings having 100% efforts; my always-above-run-a-ball batting and the team spirit which we had in school days.

Coming back to present, yesterday was an uneventful but a packed day. I had gone to Jaynagar 4th Block, where I bought an iron box and 2 T-shirts - Ya, I am just thinking of shifting to T-shirts again for a short duration. In the evening I went to Forum, then Reliance Fresh and finally DS Paradise after having my dinner.

Today morning was not a great one. I woke up after Chinu left for office and the current was @ its best in choosing to leave our flat. I had to search for my formal pant as I couldn't iron today's clothes - a result of laziness though. I should have ironed it yesterday :(

Today, Anubhav Dixit has a status message "Any girl can look glamorous; all she has to do is stand straight and act dumb !" Nice and humorous :) Nothing much today.

Today is Sony's birthday. Wish her very very very happy birthday.

Yesterday, we went to Chinu's friend's home to return his stove. We had some nice time there in the open terrace, the weather was so cool. I just remembered the difference betweeen Bangalore and Dhanbad at that time. My family is reeling under the heat and desparately waiting for the monsoon and here, the weather is such that one cant sit there for 2-3 hrs without wearing a jacket! We should invent some device which can average out the weather conditions in two places. :)

Today also, I woke up @ 6 and then slept again. I woke up again @ around 7:10, Manish was leaving for home. I saw him off an auto to the Railway Station and slept again (I was feeling a bit tired). In this last round of my sleep, I saw some weird dreams, dificult to explain them.

I didn't get much time today to write this blog. While coming to the office, it was sunny and there was a little drizzle. In the afetrnoon, we had the much awaited appraisal meeting today just before lunch. I was told what I am supposed to do in the next few months.

Then we had the farewell lunch for Himanshu at Barbique Nation. For the first time, I saw that there were more veg people than non-veg ! We had a nice lunch, talked so many stuffs and bid farewell to Himanshu.

In the evening, I went for the tgif quiz on the T20 World Cup. 'Cricinfo' answered all but one. That 'one' will decide the prize.

And not to forget, today is Friday. So, the next post may come in a day or two's expense.

Hey, do you people like these blogs. If yes, do write a few comments. Only Jikki Sir has told me personally that they were really nice. Thanks Sir, I'll keep on improving.

Rest in the Next.. :) Happy Weekend.

I was waiting for a train to Koderma at Sijua station. The announcement for the arrival of the train was done. Then I called Abhishek to come quickly and went to the counter to collect my ticket. The fare was Rs. 25. I had lots of change and two 10 rupee notes. I handed over one ten rupee note and three 5 rupee coins at the counter. When I took out my changes, everyone nearby looked at me with surprise - I dont know whether the reason was that I have lots og change or that I am giving the change in the counter. I moved ahead to check whether Abhishek has come, he was nowhere in the scene. I heard the train whistling like a stud just outside the platform. I waited for it and saw the arriving coaches for carrying goods. It stopped when the engine was just near me. I thought, where the hell are the passenger coaches - it might be at the back. Then why the hell it stopped at an a place it is not supposed to stop. To my great relief, the train started moving again and my six 0' clock alarm ran.

Before leaving the office yesterday, I got a mail from Rohini asking to choose a number between 1 to 7 to know what kind of marriage I will be having. The deciding table was like:
1. Arranged Marriage
2.Marriage With Someone special who's waiting for you
3. Love Marriage
4. Love +Arranged Marriage
5. You'll go against your parents and marry
6. You will have more than one marriage
7. Marriage With Friend
When the number '7' is available, no other number defends me.

Shortly after that, me and Chinu went to Big Bazar to buy some requisite food items. There I saw the (yesterday) morning's park girl with her husband. Just a giggle.

Our dinner time was among the memorables. Before we were even halfway through, our gas was over. We had to bring Chinu's friend's gas stove from Arakere. It was not a complete goodluck for us, though. Somehow, we finished our dinner. In the morning, when chinu was heating milk, it overflowed. It repeated its act when I did it again !

You must be wondering what happened after that alarm ending the dream just before the climax. I wokeup, looked out at the milk shop, it was closed. So, I slept again. :)

I finally woke up @ 10:30. Before leaving for office, I forgot which shirt I wore yesterday! I don't know whether I am wearing the same shirt I wore yesterday. Well, it doesn't matter that much, does it?

In the cubicle today, we saw the old certificate photographs of Rakesh. If one doesn't see his/her pic taken in the earlier school day, he/she definately cant recognize himself/herself. The same was true for Rakesh. I remembered my very first formal pic, in which I look so cute that most people ask the question - is he a guy or is she a girl?

Later in the evening, we discussed about traffic police stopping the vehicles in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Dhanbad. The discussion went into the number of documents necessary in India for applying for passports and the corrupt system associated with it.

Santa got a part time job at the Chandigarh Post Office. The first assignment his supervisor gave him was the job of sorting the mail.
Santa separated the letters so fast that his motions were literally a blur. Extremely pleased by this, the supervisor approached Santa at the end of his first day.
"I just want you to know," the supervisor said, "that I'm very pleased with the job you did today. You're one of the fastest workers we've ever had."
"Thank you, Sir" said Santa, beaming, "and tomorrow I'll try to do even better."
"Better?" the supervisor asked with astonishment. "How can you possibly do any better than you did today?"
Santa replied, "Tomorrow I'm going to read the addresses."

Guess what? I woke up @ 6 in the morning and went for jogging. Had it not been myself, I too would not have believed it. I went to the nearby park, behind our headquarter. I ran two rounds and then did some exercises before walking fast again around the park twice. It was long since I had done so much physical work in such hours of the dawn. Well, it did setup a good base for a pretty good day.

Women are now equal to men in all spheres of life - I am sure you have heard this sentence more than it can mean. I think this 'equality' just refers to equality in terms of money, recognition and occasional hard work if its related to the other factors. Not really when it comes to physical hard work (exceptions can be found anywhere). Don't agree? Lemme give you a simple example. In the park, there were so many guys of around my age, but no girls! Common yaar, the youngest women in the park would be around the age of 35 or even slightly more. Just kidding yaar, women are really catching up with guys - I have numerous examples to support this. So, just cut it off...!

Anyway, my calculations would have been wrong had I not decided to take a round of fast walking around the park before leaving for the day. A girl (lets say it), around 30, was doing some exercise behind the thickest brown unmovable trunk (don't apply too much of a brain, its just thickest tree) in the middle row of the park. Well, I have no idea at all why was she behind that tree (her slimness adding to the curiosity), as if she doesn't want anyone to see her doing exercise! Had she not been the youngest and fairest present there, I don't think anyone would have even looked like noticing her. At last I was in a position to have a blind guess. She might be in a project related to 'body recognition' (inspired by my final year project 'face recognition' [:)]), wherein, just to prove her theories correct, she's going to put (only) herself as the subject and a skeleton in the result. I wish good luck to her.

In the near noon period, I had a heated mail 'discussion' with Aluru. I guess, as the benefits we should be provided free mental checkup by our employer.

I just got a mail - "What name tells". For those whose name starts with 'U' : "You are enthusiastic & at your happiest when in love. When not in love you're in love with love and always looking for someone to adore. You see romance as challenge. You are a roamer & needs adventure, excitement freedom. You enjoy giving gifts & looking good. You are willing to put others feelings above yours."
Lemme analyze that. Ya, I am enthusiastic and everyone is happiest when in love, but what about the case when u have been rejected?
"When not in love, you're in love with love and always looking for someone to adore" - Frankly speaking, it seems to be weird. But if its talking about some virtual stuff, then probably it can be correct.
"You see romance as a challenge" - If there's is no one @ the receiving end, it definitely is, isn't it?
"You are a roamer and needs adventure, excitement and freedom" - I like roaming around, especially if the weather is good and/or the idea of roaming itself is challenging or demanding. Who doesn't like excitement and freedom. Not me, anyway.
"You like giving gifts and looking good" - I don't remember giving too many gifts and if I have a chance to meet any girl I know, I try to look better than normal.
"You are willing to put others feelings above yours" - This sentence touched my heart.

The mail had another part. It was about the birth Month. October says :
Loves to chat - Ya, I do.
Loves those who loves him - Correct, if I know who that(those) person(s) is(are).
Loves to takes things at the center - I treat them as if they are there @ the center!
Attractive and suave - first part is not to b answered by me, rest is conditionally correct.
Inner and physical beauty - Inner only. Physical cuteness.
Does not lie or pretend - well, sometimes :)
Sympathetic - Impressed...!
Treats friends importantly - They are important to me.
Always making friends - Not really.
Easily hurt but recovers easily Its not that easy from inside, just it is time squeezed.
Bad tempered - Never Ever.
Selfish - Not yet.
Seldom helps unless asked - You have to ask it or atleast show me some signs that you need it.
Daydreamer - :). I can very well remember my college days.
Very opinionated - Is it bad?
Does not care of what others think - Its a contradiction to my name. ha ha ha ha
Emotional - Too much, have to get lessons for reducing it.
Decisive - Always.
Strong clairvoyance - I am not God. Guess work does the trick if its not related to entrance exams.
Loves to travel, the arts and literature - Correct, somewhat and not really, respectively.
Soft-spoken, loving and caring - Do I speak softly? I have to, anyway, increase my volume. Rest are f9, always.

Touchy and easily jealous - I don't remember feeling jealous
Concerned - Yups, at times.
Loves outdoors - Lets go and play cricket, dude.

First of all yesterday I was not feeling well. But now I am f9. So, no need to worry about it. :) I went back to home early to take rest, came back to the office at night just to pack the lapi.

After that, I went to home and was having a little chat with Chinu. Our discussion started from the magaziine he was reading and ended in the idea of writing a love letter. I got a thought of writing a love letter to my love in my blogs. I just pretended to be novice and asked chinu about his thoughts of how to write a love letter. He suggested some technical ideas. After the gossip was over, I started to write the 'blog'. In around 15-20 min, I had just written one sentence! It reminded me of the love letters which I have written so far, including the one which I actually handed over to my love. When I had written those, I had not yet proposed her. I had the ideas and sentences freely flowing out of my mind like water flowing from the top of a hill (my heart) right to my laptop screen. Now, I cant even write a couple of proper sentences. A big difference!

Then I was emerged in the sweet memories of my 'Happy Days' and .......

Anyways, today is an average day, till now. Though, I came late, it was not that unwelcome. I played a new game of circling a cat. Its nice. A few good mails accounted for good mood throughout the day.

We, in Bangalore, have such a nice weather with occasional rainfall, but middle India's condition is deeply deterioting. Jharkhand and Chattisgarh are reeling @ around 44 degrees Celcius. Lack of rain and the heat waves in the states like Rajasthan, MP, UP, Chatisgarh, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar and West Bengal are creating havoc.

There is a competetion going on indyarocks. We have to write a blog on the topis "T20 - a game of luck or talent". I would write about that soon. You can check My Views for it. For writing a blog, there are a wide range of topics to choose from. For me, its dificult to decide upon the topic. Well, I have a few unpublished blogs too, which just shows that, evenif I get the topic, not everytime I end up writing a 'publishable' blog. This time its nice that I have got such a nice topic to write.

In the evening cubicle discussions, Rakesh told us about a guy of 21 yrs of age, love-married to a Nepali girl has 2 kids already! Nice example set befoore the rejected bachelors like me. B-)

Now, I am hungry. So, I am leaving.

Grandpa and Grandma always got very excited when they recalled the old days they were together.

They made a decision, one day to make it "yesterday once more".

They made a date on the riverbank they used to go when they were young.

The next day, Grandpa got up 6 a.m. in the morning, dashed to the bank, picked up a big bunch of wild flowers before sunrise, waited there for

his sweetheart to come.

But grandpa ended in disappointment grandma never showed up even after sunset.

Grandpa went home in such anger. He opened the door, seeing grandma lying on the sofa with her pillow. He threw the flowers on the floor and

questioned: "Why didn't you come to our date?"

Grandma hid her head in the pillow and replied shyly:

"Mom didn't allow me to go........."

Monday is never the best part of the week. And its the last day one would like to come to the office in time. Today morning, I got a call from my uncle (Well, I haven't told anything about him yet, hope I can come up with a post for him in my blogs' "Me" section). He wanted to know about the ticket availabilities in trains and so he asked me to go to the office early today. I was comparatively earlier.
I didn't too much in the morning. Heard that Pramod has been shifted to the RPS office. I read the weekend pending mails. A few of them were interesting, including the "Mail from a frustrated victim of chain mails" which tried its best to sum up the troubles of the chain mail receiver who expect something in return of their time spent in those useless stuffs, though it would always be short of explaining such an agony. Another one was about a NEWS FLASH that Obama killed a bee while giving an interview (in some Hindi channel). Great News.

One of the average mails was Sigmund Freud's priority test. It gave list of five things happening simultaneously in our house -
1. Phone ringing
2. Baby Crying
3. Someone's knocking @ the door
4. Clothes hanging outside and its gonna rain
5. The kitchen tap is on and the water is overflowing.
It first asks us to decide on a sequence of work in which we'll be doing them. Then it matches the meaning of these as - 1. Work 2. Family 3. Friends 4. Money 5. Love
I am a fan of Sigmund Freud. I do beleive that this bit of stuff is not his creation. The simple explantion being my response to this question. My sequence based on the first listing was 52431 - as I would decide the sequence based on the which work I can postpone and which not. But when it came down to explain its meaning, 'work', which I value so much, came last! Infact, I got the actual sequence by swwapping the 1 & 4. I placed the phone ringing job at last because whoever is calling, he would call again, after some time. You cant postpone ur work like that, right. One more point worth explanation is the fourth point. When the clothes are concerned, if one doesn't give it a priority, he/she'll endup losing the amount of time spent on drying them which in no way comparable to 'money'; atleast for them who values time.

Along with chinnu, I went to the Krishna Chinai to have my lunch. It was a bit heavy, so I decided take a bit rest at home. I had a little nap of around half an hour before coming to the office again.

Yesterday, I came to know about a famous blogger Kiruba Shankar. So read a few of his blogs. they were nice. Lemme get some inspiration from him :D

I am not feeling well and don't have any work. So will beleaving early (Lemme remind u - I came early today)

A man accompanied his wife to a parlour . Reading a magazine, he came across a haistyle which he liked very much. He asked,"But my wife is here getting a haircut..!". She replied,'Yes, I know. But I need something you'll come back for". :) :) :)

On Friday, when I was just about to leave, i got a message from Ritesh, my school friend, via MyCantos. The message was - "hi,send ur number". Its not surprising if you dont know that MyCantos doesn't reveal the number but only the name and I didn't had his number. I can contact him through Orkut.
Minutes before that we,in our cabin, discussed that I should start jogging. I can do that, but then the only problem is can't wakeup in the morning, or call it just after midnight :). Neverthless, I thought I can try it once more. I did putup an alarm at 6 in the morning. Result? Same.
Next day, I went to Marathalli to meet my friends - Thaks, Dipu and Chhote. There I saw the profile of a very beautiful Bengali girl in Orkut. That kind of beauties do exist..! Anyway, she's committed, so no chance for me [:D].
Sunday morning we prepared kheer ourselves, it was nice. After the lunch, I came back and took rest for some time. In the evening, I went for a little walk and then to Forum. During the walk, I strolled through a few streets nearby, just to check which all shops are there(shifting needs this). I found a few more options, as expected.
I can't tell exactly when - was it on the way to forum or after I left it, I felt an air of confidence. The kind which I used to have a few years back. After walking for around 10 min(I took the longer way back) after the forum visit, I was sure that I was really getting my confidence back. I was talking to myself as I used to do in my fifth sem. It's in its early phase now, so I need to give myself a bit more time. Lets hope for the best in the near future.
On the way back, near my house, I again went for a search - this time restaurant search. I expected to find a couple of decent North Indian restaurants, but it was never converted to reality. On the way, I just checked the score of the final of the second T20 World Cup. Pakistan was on the verge of a win which only got confirmed later. Congrats Pak, but don't ask the World Cup 2011 hosting rights in return.
Tomorrow is Monday.

Humour of the day - A guy was known among his friends to be very brief and to the point-he really never said too much. One day, a saleswoman promoting a certain brand of brushes knocked his door and asked to see his wife, so the guy told her that she wasn't home.
"Well," the woman said "could I please wait for her?"
"The man directed her to the drawing room and left her there for more than three hours. After feeling really worried, she called out for him and asked," May I know where your wife is?"
"She went to the cemetery," he replied.
"And when is she coming?"
"I don t really know," he said. "She s been there eleven years now,"
Decision of the day - Would march on the fact that I am gaining my confidence back.

Hi, I am happy from the fact that I made it to the blog world again in less than 24 Hrs...!

Yesterday night was a dreams' night. I saw more than a few dreams. The most interesting of them was that I spent an evening with a girl whom I didn't know! We went for a light shopping, then a restaurant followed by disco and finally I went to drop her home. It was a bad time to end a dream, but then it might be my future - some five-eight years from now. Lemme wait for that dream to come true :)

One more interesting stuff is ICICI online banking. Yesterday I didn't mention it that I tried to add my uncle's axis bank account in my list of registered payee. I am still unsuccessful in that. I took another course and asked my rumie to do that for me. He did that and transferred the required amount . Guess what, it got returned today..! I don't understand why is that so? I checked the account number and the phone numbers and everything else. If you try to look the distance of Dhanbad from Bangalore in any way, it's going to come as a double thousands in kms, nothing less than that. I hope, the matter could be resolved sooner than later.

Continuing from yesterday, I sent an SMS to vodafone asking for my comatibility with 'Pinki' - Don't ask me who she is, coz even I don't know her. Guess the rating? You are wrong - It was 9.9 ! ha ha ha ha.

Today, during the regular discussions in our cabin, we realized that we are soon gonna compalete our one year in OnMobile..! Wow, 11 days left. When we joined OnMobile 354 days earlier, we didn't even know where we are going to land up in a year from then. And now, we are there, ya well, almost there :)

We also discussed about this pic (Sorry, I couldn't post it, it was showing some error, may be a kind of bug) where the developer is trying hard to 'kill' a bug (a rat) whereas the others (Product manager, testing engineers, project leader and an onsite engineer) are just amazed to see how the developer tackles the problem. The funnier parts are the look of the developer and the position of the onsite engineer. :) It somehow describes the situation properly. One can feel this situation only if he is/was a developer. Really Cool.

Lastly, TGIF. So we can expect the next two days to be better than the last five in terms of the frequency of the change in the immediate environment. Oops, I mean we neednot sit at a particular place for almost one-third of the entire day. Tomorrow, I am planning to go to SP Road in the morning and Marathalli in the evening; have to take out some time for the DS Paradise. No plans, as of now, for Sunday evening.

Well, I was just sitting around here and wasting my time, when I thought why not write my diary in the blogs.

Today is 18th June, the 11th marriage anniversary of my uncle and aunt. Wish them a happy married life. Today, uncle is busy in Nagpur, so I haven't got a chance to wish him directly. Hope, will be able to do so @ night.

One more extra-ordinary thing happened today. I used the Vodafone's VAS service to know something about my love life. It asked me to send the name of my partner and it wud send the relationship meter in reply. I got the ratings as 8.0,9.9 & 8.0 respectively. It's really awesome. One more message promised to tell me my partners name :). I got the reply that her name will start from one of the letters - B/E/T/S. Ridiculous...! Well, I had never believed in these stuffs and I just became more confident on that.
